Thank you for shopping with us. Each order is carefully packed to ensure your prints arrive safely.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods or new product launches.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times:
• Standard delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

Estimated delivery times:
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• United States & International: 7–14 business days

Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in the destination country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
A4 prints are packaged in protective flat mailers and A3 prints are shipped in sturdy postal tubes to prevent damage during transit.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@anaukhco.com and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
